Quartz vacuum sealing machine:
1. Rotating under vacuum. It keeps the corresponding vacuum degree.

3. Suitable for vacuum sealing quartz glass tube of different length, vertical, or slope to meet different requirements.

5. Quartz tube rotation speed is adjustable from 0 to 40 rpm, which is suitable for built-in quartz rod plug sealing and quartz pull sealing.
6. The built-in powder back-flow prevention device prevents the powder material in the quartz tube from being pumped away by the vacuum pump, protects the vacuum pump, and reduces material consumption.
7. It is standard with one quartz tube joint. In addition, various quartz tube joints can be customized. The sealing machine can be used by changing the glass joints to match the quartz tube.
8. The joints are matched and connected to the vacuum pump.

Oxyhydrogen Flame Sealing Machine Features:

3. Hydrogen and oxygen are produced at 2:1, the best combustion state to ensure complete combustion.
4. Oxyhydrogen flame is concentrated and not diffused, which heats the workpiece accurately.
5. Gas pressure protection. When the pressure reaches 0.2Mpa, the machine will automatically stop gas production, And when it is lower than 0.08Mpa, it will automatically resume gas production.
6. The flame torch is with flame arrester, the pipeline is equipped with a flame arrester, and the machine is equipped with a wet backfire prevention system, pressure control, pressure relief system, and other safety protection devices.
7. The figure displays the running status. The fault alarm, fault solution and navigation type operation tips are displayed on the screen.
